Since the OAC comes with special features, YouTube wants them to be used.
Please note: Youtube might revoke your Official Artist Channel status, you will loose features and your searchability will be worse, if there is not enough activity on your OAC.
You have about 4 weeks to generate enough activity so that your channel can stay an OAC. The deadline is 28th of February.
You need at least 10 activities to keep your status as an OAC.
The activities can be the following:
Provider Video uploaded and made public;
Livestream;
Shorts posted;
Playlist created;
Your comment on own channel;
Your comment on other channel;
Community post; or
Any other product activity feature that Google makes available to Participating Members.
Also, YouTube will require roughly 1 of these activities per month ongoing and review them after 12 months perpetually after February.
To keep the better visibility, the extra features and the Status of an OAC, please also comply with these rules in the future.
